Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ridgefieldmagazine, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. ridgefieldmagazine reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use the Undress AI tool only for lawful purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older. You must have explicit consent from any individual whose image you upload and process.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not upload images of minors under any circumstances. Non-consensual processing of any person's image is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Automated scraping, reverse engineering the AI model, or using the API to circumvent rate limits is prohibited. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

The ridgefieldmagazine platform, including its AI models, interface design, and codebase, is the exclusive property of ridgefieldmagazine. No license to copy or redistribute is granted.

Limitation of Liability

ridgefieldmagazine is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the tool, including legal consequences resulting from non-consensual image processing by users.

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free output at any given time.

Third-Party Services

ridgefieldmagazine uses third-party cloud infrastructure for GPU processing. These providers are contractually prohibited from accessing or retaining user image data.

Data Security

All uploaded images are deleted within 60 minutes of processing. Transmission is encrypted via TLS 1.3. No image data is written to long-term storage at any point.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of any image you upload. ridgefieldmagazine claims no rights over your content and uses it solely to execute your processing request.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes will be communicated via site notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
